Hilton Head or Vero Beach for Easter, 2007?

Anyone have any suggestions one way or another on which to choose for Easter of 2007? We are a family of four, dd will be 8 and ds will be 7.

Also, we've only ever stayed at our home resort (BCV). What's the process of trading with a HH or VB owner so that we could book there at 11 months and they could book Easter week at BCV at 11 months?

We stayed at Vero Beach and liked it. The only thing is there were no waves in the ocean. Or they were far and few between.
We are used to Ocean City, Maryland and the New Jersey beaches, so we love having big waves. Don't get me wrong, I did love Vero beach. It was great walking on the beach and the pool was fun with a lot for the kids to do other then the ocean, but I wouldn't be quick to go back.
I think it all depends on what you are used to (ocean wise).
I heard that HH have nice nice waves.
I know some may not agree with me.
We tried to book HH for a week in the summer and it was tough to get so we are off to Disney once again (lol).

We're staying 3 nights each at both resorts the week after Easter so I will let you know! We love HH and just live an hour up the road,but sometimes it can be a little chilly here depending on when Easter falls! This is our first trip to VB!
