Hilton Head - November or March?

Hi All

we have some scheduling issues and can only travel in November or March. We have never been to Hilton Head so we want to try it. Which month would be better and why?

We've been to Hilton Head in those two months, twice in March, and 7 times (8th this year) in November. Since we've been more often in November, you can probably tell that we prefer that month. Fall on the island is beautiful. Also, in March we've run into a few spring breakers, and although they're certainly far "lower-key" than other locations, we enjoy the peacefulness, and mostly weather, of the fall. Hilton Head quickly became our "go-to" place for Thanksgiving.

You could always come to SAvannah on March 17th and watch folks get drunk.

Actually the St Patrick's Day parade is great, just don't go on River St. afterwards unless you like to be around very drunk non-irish folks.
