Hilton Head in March

So, after just selling my DVC. I started looking into a spring break vacation for March 2013 as we will be down to 1 child at home. The older 3 are in college or graduated.

In my research down the east coast I found Hilton Head....wow what a great place. So, I was able to find a studio for our vacation week (first week of March) for $109 which is about the lowest I could rent points for and I can cancel up until the week prior.

So, tell me about Hilton Head in March...I'm sort of getting psyched by the fun stuff I have found but I'm sure it doesn't scratch the surface.

We've gone to Hilton Head twice in March. The first time the weather was beautiful, low 70s, perfect for miniature golf, bike riding, maybe a little cool (for us) swimming. However,the second March we went it was cold, windy, miserable weather. We loved it anyways. All the resturants were open and all the activities were held. Just, no lines! If you're going to be there over St. Patrick's Day, there's always a big parade down Pope Ave. Our dates have never coincided with it, but apparently it's a pretty big thing.
