Hilton Head for July 2017

I am interested in booking this as we head home from Orlando next July and it is already showing unavailable?? does that mean it isn't or just rooms aren't released yet??

Is HH your home resort? If not it won't show until 7 months out.

I was just trying to book it via disney...unfortunately I am not dvc

I would try calling the resort. I needed to do that (last month) to book my trip for next May.

Next July cannot possibly be reserved by owners of the DVC resort until 11 months out. Disney retains a portion of the resort that it can rent but under the rules, it cannot book reservations for rooms until the same time that owners of the particular resort can, so likely you are finding nothing to reserve because Disney cannot provide it yet.
