Hilton Head Fireworks - July 4th

For those of you who were just at HH for July 4th - Are there special fireworks display for the 4th?

If not, does the island or nearby town put on a show?

Does DVC allow personal fireworks on property as they are legal in SC?

Shelter Cove has fireworks every Tuesday evening throughout the summer.

In addition to the Shelter Cove Merchants program (Fireworks) every Tuesday, there was also a fireworks display on July 4th. Those at the resort got to enjoy two displays that week this year!

They are fired from a barge anchored just behind the resort, so Disney guests have a great view of the show.

The fireworks are NOT provided directly by Disney, but the resort is a member of the merchants group which provides the show.

No open fires are allowed at the resort, except in the provided barbeque areas. Fireworks are specifically prohibited on the beach also.
