Has anyone stayed at this new resort yet? I'm thinking about taking the family here this summer. It looks lovely and NEW. However, is the new construction a problem? Is the main recreation/pool area open? Also - what was the best rate that you got and where did you get it? We have stayed in several of the timeshare rentals such as Marriott Grand Vista, Vistana Villages, and Vistana Resort. I would like to give Hilton a try.

Thanks for any help/opinions!!!

We have reservations for the week of May 15th. I'll try to post a report when I return! I won a week on skyauction! We loved the HGVC Seaworld. I'm hoping this will be just a nice, but NEW!

HTH!

Stayed here in February, and loved it. At that time, only one residential building was open. Another should be open by now. And a third was under construction. I believe a total of 7 buildings are to be built. The complex surrounds a lake with a fountain in it. There is a huge main pool with waterfalls and a couple of hot spas. Also a kids playground, a quiet reading room, and a billiards room with 2 pool tables and a big screen tv. The units are similar in layout to the Seaworld location. I could even see the 'Wishes' fireworks at MK from my balcony (but of course it was from a distance).
I'm an HGVC owner (at another resort) so I got what's called an open season reservation (30 days or less in advance) for $80/nt for 1br.

Is this the one on I Drive near the Premium Outlets? I have been searching the web for this one trying to find the best deals and as yet I have not found anything great. I used tripadvisor and still have not found anything great. I would think that like Vistana Village and Wyndham Palms Golf, they would be putting out some sort of deal to attract potential buyers. I would say if you are not in a hurry join the Hilton Vacation Club (or what ever it is called) like the other frequent users clubs. We got a great deal at Vistana Village, five days four nights 229, no tour AND we get 100.00 back!! Yes you heard me no tour!! Granted it is a single room but I did call and check it out. The letter says nothing about a tour. So I am paying 129 for 5 days 4 nights!
