Hi!

Staying at this hotel in november and have lots of questions. Staying at the Seaworld one.

1. How far is it from the hotel to the I-Drive trolley??

2.How are they with requests? Would love to stay on a top floor.

3.How does the housekeeping work? Some people say that they come every day others just once a week. Booked through Expedia, but it only says housekeeping. Not how often or what they do.

4.The free shuttles they have, do they work good or are they very slow? Better to take a taxi to the parks?

5. The activities they have every day, is there a age limit to them?

6. As we booked through Expedia, do you think that they would want us to do they timeshare promo? I´m 21 and my two travel partners are 20 and 18. Maybe they would right away understand that we don´t have the money.

7.How helpful is the guest service desk? Can you buy tickets and stuff there?

Wow! That was a lot of questions, i know! Sorry! Would really like your help. First time ever that I´m organizing a trip without my parents.

--NOT SURE ON THIS

2.How are they with requests? Would love to stay on a top floor.

--WE HAVE HAD GOOD LUCK WITH REQUESTS. YOU COULD EVEN CALL AHEAD AND HAVE THEM ADD THAT TO YOUR RESERVATION.

3.How does the housekeeping work? Some people say that they come every day others just once a week. Booked through Expedia, but it only says housekeeping. Not how often or what they do.

--THAT I DONT KNOW AS WE HAVE ONLY STAYED ON A TIMESHARE EXCHANGE AND WE DONT GET HOUSEKEEPING

4.The free shuttles they have, do they work good or are they very slow? Better to take a taxi to the parks?

--IF I WERE YOU I WOULD RENT A CAR. MUCH EASIER AND YOU ARENT STUCK PAYING FARES. YOU WILL WANT TO GET SOME GROCERIES IN THE UNIT SO YOU CAN HAVE BASIC FOOD THERE- BESIDES NOT MANY OF THE HOTELS/RESORTS HAVE GOOD SHUTTLES

5. The activities they have every day, is there a age limit to them?
--I DONT THINK SO ALTHOUGH THERE ARE SOME THINGS THAT ARE STRICTLY KID ORIENTED

6. As we booked through Expedia, do you think that they would want us to do they timeshare promo? I´m 21 and my two travel partners are 20 and 18. Maybe they would right away understand that we don´t have the money.

--YOU DONT HAVE TO DO A TOUR BUT THEY WILL ASK YOU AND OFFER YOU STUFF LIKE FREE TICKETS ETC. JUST LET THEM KNOW YOU CANT AFFORD TO BUY ONE AND THEY SHOULD LEAVE YOU ALONE

7.How helpful is the guest service desk? Can you buy tickets and stuff there?
--EVERYONE HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY HELPFUL WHEN WE STAYED THERE (2 TIMES NOW)

Wow! That was a lot of questions, i know! Sorry! Would really like your help. First time ever that I´m organizing a trip without my parents.

--THIS IS A REALLY NICE RESORT AND THEY HAVE 2 POOLS NOW. EVERYTHING IS KEPT UP REALLY NICE. YOU SHOULD HAVE A GOOD TIME

1. - I though at first it would be walk - but looking at their map - it looks like it stops in front? 39?

38 is seaworld - definitely able to walk there.

2. - I don't know - I didn't request.

3. if you are going through expedia - you pay for housekeeping - a timeshare rental would be cheaper - but then you don't get housekeeping.

4. we didn't use their free shuttle - but most of the complaints I have heard are about the free shuttle - before you get a taxis - I would price rental cars - anyone over 18 can rent in several rental cars places in Orlando/Kissimmee.

5. - I think they have some little kids stuff that you won't be interested in - but I don't remember an age limit on anything.

6. You don't have to do the timeshare presentation unless you want to - since you use expedia. they only called us once during the week stay when I say I was not interested they didn't call again.

however they give free tickets for attending. you can honestly say that you are interested or can't buy up front. A good one will let you go before the 90 minutes.

7. yes you can buy tickets - however unless you are leaving quite soon you can get better deals on the internet.

this site has some good deals on tickets.

We stayed at Hilton Grand Vacation Club last September and loved it!

I cannot answer all your questions, so here it goes

The staff is great with requests.

We booked through Hilton, not Expedia, but we did have daily housekeeping.

The "free" shuttles are not exactly free. There is a surcharge per person. If I were you, I would rent a car.

You will be asked about a timeshare presentation, but if you decline they will not ask you again.

The guest service desk was wonderful.

They have activities for all ages. They even have a movie theater in the building.
Hope this helps and enjoy your trip!!!
