Did anyone think that Hillary looked kind of crazy today? Did she have some work done or something. Her smile looked crazy, like the Joker, to me. And, she wouldn't stop.

I totally agree with her hair looking good. I just haven't seen her in a while I don't guess and I always thought she had a great smile, but today caught me off guard. It was a great day indeed!

I would think that she was depressed, to some degree. You could not have sacrificed that much time and energy to be the first woman President, without being sad you did not achieve your goal. I think the smiling might have been over-compensation for those other emotions.

I can buy that. Maybe she believes in the saying that if you make yourself smile, you will make yourself happy.

Maybe she was frustrated because Texas Senator Cornyn decided to pointlessly delay her confirmation. That man is pathetic IMO.

That is what I was thinking. She has to be a little sad, though, just as I would think Biden, Edwards and the other candidates were.

It must have been a bittersweet day for her. I admire her spirit, and I think she's happy with her new role, but today must have been a bit hard for Hillary

I think she has really aged, the face lines were awful, especially around her eyes. (after her last few years, who could not, huh )
That being said, I thought her hair color and cut was amazing and she actually looked good today.
I am always interested in seeing her interaction with her husband. As typical, they are so disconnected and it appears obvious to me that they really live very separate lives, its actually quite sad. (here in ny those in the know already know they are hardly ever together and have no husband/wife bond any longer.)

Maybe with her new position, they'll be more interested in fixing it. SAD.

I thought Bill looked like he had a stick up his butt - bad mood. He turned on the charm around others, but most of the time he was a stick in the mud. Almost like he had been put on the back burner and now it is Hillary's turn and he didn't like it. Maybe they had a fight and she was trying to over-smile it and he was too busy stewing it.

And yes, she was PO'd - one of the blogs reported her having a heated discussion on it after the inauguration..........

It was such a silly move - she'll be confirmed tomorrow......
