We checked in Friday and went to bed pretty early for our park day on Saturday.
At around 4am (I checked), I started to hear this grinding noise over my head. For a second I thought maybe we were having an earthquake, but then it went on for like twenty straight minutes.
But as I got more awake I realized what I was hearing: the people in the room above me were MOVING THEIR FURNITURE AROUND! I once had a family have a straight up violent fight above me that ended with the cops showing up- but this was way more crazy.
So Saturday morning I was at the desk getting my park tickets and I mentioned it (I wasn’t complaining, I was just curious to see their reaction). The concierge said “oh yeah- it happens a lot. People don’t like the feng shui so they move everything around to get it right. Most hotels bolt down the furniture”.
Well, Orlando. You never disappoint.
