Just booked it for Wednesday, September 27, at 4:45pm for DW and me. Hopefully, there isn't a "must do" F&W event that evening.

How does this event handle dietary restrictions? Are there vegetarian options? Can you make those kinds of requests?

When you call and make your reservations, you can go ahead and let them know your diet information and then once again you let them know when you check-In. They do what they can for you.
