Highway in the Sky Dine...patio question

What patio at The Contemporary do the Highway in the Sky people view the fireworks from? Is it the 4th floor? Or up by California Grill?

We have reservations at The California Grill on one of the Highway nights, but I will cancel it if the deck out there is either going to be overfilled or closed to regular restaurant guests.
