This was my first ever Disney trip (of many more I'm sure) and my 24th birthday was on the 30th.

Highs

Disneyland Park: Everything I imagined. Made me a bit emotional when I first went in! I honestly felt like a kid again. My friend got a bit annoyed when I was over excited! If enjoying Disneyland is wrong, I don't want to be right!

Inventions: We went for my birthday meal and were seated right by the big windows. About ten different waiters came out of their way to wish me happy birthday which was lovely! We met Goofy, Gepetto, and Perla. (Mickey and Donald were also there but didn't come to our table unfortunately.) The food was amazing, the lamb in particular! Would love to eat there again. :thumbsup2

Food: Yum! Loved Blue Lagoon and Toad Hall!

Weather: Just lovely. It tipped it down one day but we were back at the hotel napping after a long day so didn't affect us!

Hotel Santa Fe: Just great overall, friendly and helpful CM's, tasty food in La Cantina.

Queue times: We managed to do Big Thunder Mountain in 12 minutes! We walked past ten minutes after and the wait time said 45 minutes, so we felt quite impressed with ourselves. I think the longest queue we had was 30 minutes. We either went first thing or later on in the day. I'd go when people were waiting for the parade, get the rides done and still get back in time for a good view for Fantillusion & Disney Dreams! This way I managed to do every ride I wanted! :cool1:

CM's: :thumbsup2 had some really great ones, had some great conversations with them too.

Got waved at by Prince Eric and Prince Charming :hyper: :rotfl2:

Lows

We had to evacuate the Cinemagique building about ten minutes into the show, for some reason! I really loved what I saw and I didn't get a chance to see it again! Glad to see it's on youtube.

Queue times in WDS: We had to wait 90 mins for Crush's Coaster (nothing I wasn't expecting), the longest wait we had. I think I had a bit of sunstroke so it didn't feel brilliant. I didn't go on anything else in WDS because of the queue times, a bit of a shame but I just loved Disneyland Park so much so that's where I wanted to spend most of my time!

Got home at 11pm last night and I'm already planning my next trip!
