We've just arrived back and the dirty washing is still in the suitcase but I wanted to share my highs and lows before I forget them - so here goes!!
Highs (in no particular order)
Ezyshuttle (punctual as ever delighted with the service)
The pool at Explorers on our 1st night
The staff member in Sequoia Lodge who got us a re-furbished room and VIP breakfasts
The weather - not a cloud in the sky for 4 glorious days!!
DD being picked by Stitch in Stitch Live FIVE yes FIVE shows in a row!!!! She had been really disappointed on our previous trips that she'd never been picked so she was really delighted.
Short wait times - we didn't queue more than 15 mins for anything. DD & DH walked on to the parachute drop 3 times this morning before 10:15am

Cafe Mickey - lovely food and great character interaction
Playhouse Disney - DS loved it - so did I but I sat through it 6 times on this trip and my bottom was aching
Salon Mickey
Casey Junior - it had been closed on our last 3 trips so we were delighted to see it open. Loads of people must've forgotten it was there because we were able to walk on to it time after time
Getting to stay on for extra rides on Casey Junior and Slinky Dog ride without having to queue again
The live band in Videopolis

DD being brave and doing the Tower of Terror - she is much braver than her mum who kept her eyes closed and screamed her way through Dumbo
Lows
Lack of characters in the parks - we didn't see Stitch, Lilo, Mr Incredible, Baloo, King Louie or any Princess except Jasmine, and we only saw Goofy today before we left and that was in Cafe Mickey!
2 power cuts in 2 days at Sequoia Lodge - both during the day so it didn't affect us too much
A really awful CM who was meant to be looking after Jasmine but stood with her back to her chatting and laughing with a fellow CM while Jasmine got totally swamped by pushy parents and their children. DD ended up in tears and when I spoke to the CM she couldn't have cared less.
POTC being closed & refurbishment of the pirate ship - it meant that there was nothing for us to do in adventure land.
