We went for lunch on May 17th and it was fantastic. Lunch is from the menu but dinner is served family style.

We both had pot roast - OMG so delicious. Food that was being served to other tables also looked so good.

We also shared the Ooey gooey toffee cake - also delicious.

We also love lunch at LTT, and their pot roast is delish. It used to be even better though, when they topped it with fried onion straws ... now that was heaven! So I also highly recommend lunch at LTT, but not dinner. All the lunch food we had was great, but half the food at dinner was blech.

Totally agree! We were there in early May and it was wonderful. It's an old favorite and continues to impress. :thumbsup2

Liberty Tree Tavern consistently gets fantastic reviews here. I can't wait to try it myself for lunch and for dinner!

We did this in Oct and I HAD to go here again when we do in Sept...the LUNCH is AMAZING!!!!

i made dinner reservations.....should i try to change?????

We have dinner ADRs in August. I'm really looking forward to it since we've never been. My mom and sister have loved lunch here so I'm sure we'll be happy.

I still don't know why they dropped the characters from here. Seems like it would have been so special! ;)

The times I have had dinner there, I have thought it was quite good. DH finds it to be "ok", one he doesn't mind going to.

My family and I had dinner there last June and are planning to eat dinner there again this June as well! We absolutely loved it! No problems whatsoever...We also got to be a bit picky about what they served us. My fiance loved the ham but not the glazed sauce they covered it in and so that was removed on the next round they brought out. Also my dad want his roast beef to be more rare so we got it more rare the second round. Overall, we think the dinner there is one of the best on property! They def have great service and wonderful food. :thumbsup2

We love lunch there but don't enjoy the dinner. LTT was one of the best lunches we had yet one of the worst dinners. Go figure.

I was introduced to LTT in a dining report here on the Dis. The burger looked sooo good I had to snag a ressie for our trip next week for lunch. So next Thursday I'll be enjoying my lunch here. Dinner didn't really interest me, so we went for lunch.

good to hear! It is time we tried it for sure so I hope it's good!:thumbsup2

To the OP-glad you had a great experience! We have dined at LTT for both lunch and dinner and have always enjoyed the food, atmosphere and total experience. It was much more fun when there were characters, still not sure what taking the characters away was all about?

We have LTT planned for an early dinner on our upcoming trip before MNSSHP-can't wait! :earsboy:

I know several people rave about the lunch at LTT but don't care for the dinner, however, DH and I ate here last year before MNSSHP and we loved it! I agree the mac n cheese could have been better, but we really enjoyed everything else. We're planning to come back for dinner this year before MVMCP.:santa:

We love the Liberty Tree Tavern!!! Its our tradition we eat dinner there our first night at the Magic Kingdom :goodvibes cannot wait :cool1:

LTT is one of my favorite places to eat. The pot roast is amazing!! Can't wait to go back there for that!

We really loved the dinner here at LTT! My whole family ate so much there! Definitely on our to-do again list!
