High School Tennis

I'm going out for tennis in my school this year I was wandering if anybody out there plays tennis I would like some helpful tips I need to know when I try out for my team. I have already started running after I get home from school My teacher is the tennis coach she said running is half the battle in tennis. Well I would like to hear from all who play tennis I really need some pointers this will be my first year playing tenis and my last year in my school I'm going to be a Senior.

i played all 4 years that i was in high school...i started freshmen year...just go out and practice as much as you can......work on serves alot, bc that can kill ya in a match...if u have questions, pm me..

I played tennis for my first time this year (I'm a freshman) i had no idea what to do i didnt even no how to hold a racket.. Now i guess im pretty good... I like tennis but hate my coach i guess things even out though. Well i wish you and your team best of luck!
