My mom says I'm high maintenance just because I like using "nice" stuff that she would never buy. The story goes back a while to when her friend Shirley bought a Coach handbag and decided she didn't like it afterall and gave it to me. Shirley's belief is that every young girl needs a good handbag and nice makeup and jewlery. Well, I loved the handbag (it's blue plaid and authentic Coach) so she got me a really good imitation for Easter. Now I've got two and I use them a lot when I go on trips and want something to put my stuff in while I'm out of the hotel (except in WDW- I've got a Disney bag for there!). Well, she got a hold of my report card and decided that my mother was at fault for not getting me a gift. My mom thinks that only straight A report cards deserve rewards and I had three A's and two C's, so nothing for me. Shirley gave my mom a gift for me the next day. A huge bottle of Victoria's Secret perfume and a body glitter brush from there as well. I use them all often, but I don't think that qualifies me to be high maintenance.
What do you think? Am I or am I not? You can be completely honest, too.
