high chairs at Counter Service?

Are there high chairs available at counter service restaurants? Like Cosmic Ray's, etc? This is my first trip with a little one, I never thought to look before.

They definitely have them at Cosmic Ray's because we used them last year. I'm not sure how many are available---we went at a slow time of year and had no trouble getting them. We usually ate lunch around 11am, too, which helped avoid the lunch crowds.

Actually, I can't think of any that we had a problem at.
