Higest non-smoking floor at the Contemporary

What is the highest non-smoking floor at the Contempoarary thats not concierge in the towers?No suites either.

We've stayed on the 11th floor (highest without going to concierge levels) and we had non smoking rooms every time.

The CR has smoking and non smoking rooms on (I believe) every floor. and they change them at will.

In august we were on 10 and to the right of us where non smoking and we were the last and the left started smoking (at elevator's, mid floor, mk view). BUT as the 8 nites went on the non smoking signs were taken off at will and we were surrounded after a few days? I thought this weird. We both have asthma, BUT the smoke never bothered us. Only when we went outside on balcony / fireworks, lots of people out and they were smoking. Inside it never came into our room.
