HIFS to Contemporary

We will be staying @ HIFS and renting a car. I would like to make PS for Chef Mickey's our 1st night (not using a park day). Can someone tell me about the drive from HIFS to the Contemporary? How far/ long and how much traffic we can expect? Thanks!
