Still doesn't seem right! Are you going to contact someone at the corporate level? Stuff like this makes me mad.Shouldn't the travel industry be going the extra mile right now to woo and keep customers?!?Do what it takes to keep folks happy and loyal?!?
I guess I sound like a dinosaur....

Yes, the free breaksfast is free for everyone and it is included with the use of the entertainment card.

I applied for my Priority club back on April 15th and they sent me an e-mail that included this line:

"You will receive your new member credentials after your first stay with us."

I have not received a card of any kind so does that mean I will not get one until after my first stay? How am I supposed to get the benefits of the club if they don't send me a card before my stay?

I took the # that was given to me when I signed up and sent it in an e-mail to HIFS asking that they add it to my res - I got a response that it was done. I'm sure that you could call them as well.

I did the same as maninthebox. I received an e-mail stating that they had added my Priority Club # to my ressie. I will probably call a couple of days before we go to reiterate my requests.
I am also going to print out and take all e-mails from the hotels that I have reserved.

Could some one explain entertainment rate ? If you have a entertainment book in (New York) can you use it in Orlando to book HIFS or do you need orlando entertainment card ?

No, you do not need the Orlando book to get the Entertainment rate - you can use the card from your New York book.
