HIFS Nov Question!

Ok...I think I"m planning a split stay with HIFS for 1/2 of our November stay. Does anyone already have a reservation and know what the rate is at that time? OR, if you stayed there Nov 2003, what was the rate you got then?

we will be staying Sept 25- Oct 2nd, when I looked before, the rate for a 2 bedroom was $99. Its now up to $114, so I guess I'll wait to book and see if it goes back down! LOL
