"Hidden" room request?

I recently made our OKW ressies for October, and requested 2nd floor of buildings 24 or 25. (I know this is specific, and the odds of getting it are slim, but a girl can ask, right? )

I noticed on my confirmation email that my request shows as "2nd floor, Hospitality House area" - it makes no mention of specific buildings. Is it possible that the buildings are listed somewhere in their internal system but not showing up on my confirmation? If that's the way requests are noted, I should switch my request to "top floor." (For us, a 1 bdrm in 24 or 25 are sort of top floors - there's nobody above us.)

Also - the CM never asked if we were celebrating anything. I'm guessing they stopped doing this once "What will you celebrate" was done? Well, we ARE actually celebrating something - my 40th and my mom's 60th. Is that worth noting on the ressie?

Well, those two buildings are Hospitality area. So you have to book HH area to get them.

I was just asked yesterday about special celebrations. My birthday is a week later than my trip, and the CM suggested I celebrate early. (I won't be doing so - not all that anxious to be getting older!)

I wasn't asked if we were celebrating anything either (and we are!) I was actually looking forward to being asked that after all these years of having to say "no"

I requested buildings 23-26 when booking HH area, and it doesn't show up on the reservation either.

OP-maybe we didn't come across the "Wright" way....
