I'm back! Did yall miss me? The last couple weeks were crazy busy. Band started up again. I just got home from away band camp this past weekend and home band camp was the week before. BTW, our show is Cirque Du Soleil (a couple songs from La Nouba). I think it is going to be really good. Our band has never done anything at this level. In fact, last year we were doing things at a competition level (even though we aren't a competition band) and this year we stepped things up at least 3 or 4 levels so its gonna be pretty sweet. Thursday night, there was a really cool sunset so I thought yall might like to see a picture of it. I didn't take it, one of the band parents did.

Very cool picture! Ohhh I remember the days of band camp. Hard work but once you get the show put together, it is fantastic!

Thanks! It was definitly an ummm...interesting, shall we say? week. LOL. Two people dumped one of those huge 20 gallon gatorade things (like they have at football games on the sidelines) filled with water and ice on our band director and another guy on the staff. It was pretty great. LOL. Boy do I have more stories (hilarious and horrible), but I'll spare yall from that. LOL.
