Hi! We are 5 & 6 year old girls

We are having our Mommy post this because she is always looking at this board and we want to use all the little smilies and participate in planning our Disney trip. :bride:

We are going September 2nd-9th :hippie:

for the free DDP which we have never done before. We have never stayed at a Disney resort. princess:

We always drive down and rent a house. :grouphug:

We have some questions.

Will the pool be crowded in Sept? We normally have our own private pool. :cheer2:

Are the rooms big in the All Stars resort? :happytv:

What should we eat at the All Stars Movie resort? :love:

How warm will it be in September? :surfweb:

Thank you for paying attention to our little thread. Now we will understand what Mommy is talking about when she says, "My Disboarder people say..." to Daddy. :eek:

I say the same thing to DH.

We were at POP the last week in September in 2006 and it was not crowded at all.

I am not sure of the exact dimensions of the rooms at the values, but our POP room was large enough for me, DH, DS6 & DS3. It is not huge by any means, but it worked out fine (and at the time we even had a pak n play set up in there) and parked a double stroller too! We normally stay at the deluxe properties, so I was worried that it was going to be too small.

It was warm last September, shorts & t-shirts every day (no need to jackets) - this was a switch for us as we usually go in February.

Hi Girls! I'll use happy faces too, just for you. To answer a few of your questions, the rooms are about 260 square feet, and how big they are depends on how many people are in the room. What I mean by that is the more people in the room, the smaller it will feel. You will love staying in a Disney Resort :cool1:

because it is awesome staying on property.

There is a food court :ccat:

with lots of food choices. They have Mickey Waffes :smickey:

The pools should not be crowded in September. There will be other people, but you should have plenty of room. We go a lot in September and the pools should not be that crowded. :banana:

About the weather, it is very hot :eek:

but as long as you wear sunscreen, drink lots of water, and try to spend your afternoons at least partly in the shade or in the hotel pool, you'll be fine! :dance3:

You'll have a great trip. I have 4 kids :upsidedow

and they love Disney a whole lot, and they love staying on property. You'll love it too!

We love going in September, too. :thumbsup2

I do not think the crowds in the pool will be too bad, we never had trouble finding a spot to sit near the pools, either. :beach:

As someone else mentioned, the rooms in the All Stars are not huge, but in my opinion, they are not bad...we do not really spend a lot of time in our rooms. ::MickeyMo

The food court has A LOT of options to choose from, chicken fingers, quesadillas, and the turkey dinner was actually quite delicious!! :mickeybar

Most of the time it is pretty HOT, one September that we went it was cooler...I even bought a sweatshirt to wear in the parks, but I think this was rare. :sunny:
