which kind of washing machine they have? Is that top load or front load? And I have a parcel want to mail to the resort, do they provide this service?

Washers are top load, and on the smaller size. It is a stackable unit with the dryer on top.

You can have parcels shipped to the resort, but they charge a fee per package (both incoming and outgoing):

I can't recall off the top of my head, but I want to say $5 or $10 per piece.
