Hello everyone. I've been lurking around the theme parks board for the last few months trying to get caught up on the latest before our DW vacation next month, but I never looked thru the complete list of boards until now. I can't tell you how excited I was to see a whole board dedicated to two of my favorite things: Disney and Scrapping!! I took at quick peek at some of the layouts you guys have submitted, and I have to say there are a lot of creative people here. I also noticed the annual and monthly page goal challenges. Is it too late to join? I could certainly use some help keeping myself motivated. Also are there any other creative weekly or monthly challenges here? I know that the next month will be really busy, but come June, I will be ready to play!

Yes, you can join the annual and monthly challenge. They are open to everyone, traditional, hybrid and digital scrappers.
Just start posting! We count all pages 6x6 and larger.

We also have a bi-weekly challenge. If you win the challenge (by random drawing) you host the next one. You decide if it's a sketch, certain elements, etc.
We also have monthly online crops, not sure what we are doing for May yet.

Basically just hang out and get to know everyone. We have a sticky that showcases our pages, your are welcome to post or start your own thread with pages to share.

Absolutely not, feel free to jump in anytime... We have scrappers, in every month and others that pop in and out as they have time in their schedules to come play!


I could certainly use some help keeping myself motivated. Also are there any other creative weekly or monthly challenges here?
On the scrapping board, you will find some creative challenges that are every 2 weeks or so... please feel free to join right in...


I know that the next month will be really busy, but come June, I will be ready to play!

Things are nuts here for the next month too... but feel free to drop by and chat and participate any time you can.... There is usually always a friendly someone around..

Yes, you have to hide the debit card, credit cards...

I have learned now, with these enablers, I take cash only!!!!
(then if the paper is on sale, like at JoAnns it was 5/95 cents Saturday, I had to break out the debit card because I couldn't pass that sale)...

I don't think any sane person would expect you to pass up a deal like that!

Since there isn't a scrapbook store near me (there is a HL about 30 miles away), most of my shopping is done online, so it has to be the debit card. No credit cards though. That could be very dangerous!
