Hi Everyone! I have been looking on this website for the past couple months and everyone has such great tips and ideas! Well, I'm about to start planning my wedding for January 2007 - yea!! and I have some questions that I hope you all can help me with... I would like to have an intimate wedding at Sunset Pointe. I know you can have 10 guests. Is that 10 including bride and groom? Can you only be married at that location Mon - Thurs? and are there specific times set during the day that they perform the ceremonies? Thank you so much for any information you can give!! I have watched you all on this site and you are all so helpful!!!

Hi hulagirl87! Welcome to the DIS!!!

The 10 guests usually includes the Bride and Groom (so eight people besides you and your DH2B).

I think I've heard of intimates having weddings at other times and days, so ask your EM to be sure, but generally the rules are: Mon-Thurs and there are four times available: 9am, 11am, 1pm, and 3pm.

I know as of 2006 intimates include 18 guests, but I've heard that people are being told no more then 13 for Sunset. We had 9 guests, plus us there in December. It's only M-Thurs. And the times are every other hour, odd hours for outdoor sites, and even hours for the WP. Hope this helps.
