Hi Guys! I Did Something Stupid

I was messing around with my Outlook Express and accidently Blocked a Sender that I did not intend to. Is there any way to "UNBlock" that Sender? I looked under all of the option tabs and could not find anything. But I am sure that there HAS to be a way.
HELP!!!

CLick on the one you want to delete and "Remove".
