I already have 2-day park hopper passes for USO/IOA. Can I just get the upgrade to stay in the park for HHN in advance?
I know that if you go and upgrade once you are in the park it will cost you around $15. However, I want to upgrade in advance in case the event sells out the day I go. I can't find that option on the Universal website--only the $48 event only ticket and the $78 event and day pass. Thanks in advance.
