Is HHN at both parks or only at US? and am I reading correctly that IOA closes at 7pm on HHN party nights? and if it does, why?

As far as we know it is only at USO, IOA closes at 7:00p.m, which is
typical for that time of the year.

Tricky is correct. September and October are considered slow periods so the parks don't stay open as late. Typically, IOA closes at 7pm and the Studios closes at 6pm. However since HHN is at the Studios, it will close an hour early at 5pm so they can set up for HHN on the nights HHN is staged. Those are usual park hours during off peak times.

Thank you both! I've only ever been to Florida in the summer and I keep forgetting it is a slower time of year and that everything closes early. I'm not sure I'm going to like that (and I know my DH isn't going to) we are used to going from early in the morning til late at night. Maybe we'll actually get to relax on this vacation and spend some time in the pool.

I would rather visit when the park closes early and the lines are short than when the park close late and the lines are long.

We're getting excited about HHN! It'll be our first time so of course I have tons of questions...like:

What dining choices are there late at night after HHN? I'm thinking we may eat a late or big lunch, then want something for dinner after HHN. How late is like say, Margaritiville or Hard Rock open for dinner or some of the resort places?

Both nights are going to be busy since you're going during Hell Week...one of them. You will see lots of high school kids since school is out a few days that week so it will be busy.
