HHN "baby swap?"

During HHN, can you still do the child swap without waiting in line twice for even the haunted houses?

no. none of the houses have child swap areas, and there's nothing that says that children cant go into the houses.

HHN is really not a recommened environment to bring a child. It gets very very loud, and there are lots of people screaming. That is why the houses dont have warnings about not bringing them in, it's a PG-13 rated event. Last night there was this lady wheeling her stroller through the park, i couldn't believe that someone would bring their child to an event like this. She was trying to fight the crowds waiting for the Bill and Ted's show.

Maybe the kid in that stroller is destined to be the next Stephen King?!
I know I'd prefer the stroller if I attended HHN!
