So I love me some Tchoup Chop, but looking at the Magical Dining website I see Bice is one of the restaurants, and the menu looks fantastic for the event. I'd love to do both, but that would require entering HHN late two nights, and more than likely no express. Should I just do one on the Sunday I'm there (and my last night of HHN). If so, which one? Or, should I just go ahead and budget in express and do both? Any advice or suggestions is greatly appreciated. @macraven, @keishashadow, anyone? lol

I would say tchoup chop only, as last year it was great

I have not eaten at bice but will look at their menu before I vote

Bice has had good reviews in the past
Only negative I have read about it is the cost

Cost is why i haven't been yet. But the magical dining is $33 which is why I'm tempted to go. But I love Tchoup Chop lol

I've only done Tchoup chop so I voted for that vs late arrival at HHN. I would do both only if you've done everything you want at HHN.

For many years tchoup chop has participated in the September dining in Orlando

It is a great bargain !

That's why I was saving it for Sunday, since by then I'll hopefully have hit all the houses twice and can focus more on my favorites.

Dang Robbie...why did you have to post that link?

Now I have to reassess my dining plans...and add to my budget.

Probably in the minority but I was really disappointed in Bice........very over rated.........but then I thought the same with the other Italian restaurant there........Sal's is wonderful though!

Would always choose Tchoup Chop out of those 2 places..........

I voted for tchoup chop but it hasn't wow'd us in years

Go to jakes, save some $ for something else:)

Same for us Janet........haven't managed to eat there for various reasons last few times, no fault of ours .......think the universe is trying to tell me something......we did manage to sit at the table last year.......ended up in Jakes funnily enough........long story! Will keep it for October........:thumbsup2

We may try the bar menu this year, been recommended to us by a friend who works there........so will try again.......

Well I was gonna make whichever one my dinner splurge for the trip. I only plan on doing TS there and Cowfish, maybe Finnegan's but I've eaten there so much lol. Tchoup Chop does seem to lend itself to my pallet more and it's right by SF. Maybe I should do it Thursday instead, get to HHN a little late (if I can get there right around opening, maybe they will still have the hotel guest entrance?), and then have the rest of the weekend for SnS? Though, Bice would be a shorter walk to the park.

Dang, I am for sure a simpleton! No idea what the hell most of that menu consists of.

Ok read bice menu
And looked at what the choices were for tchoup chop this September

I would skip both this year

Bice menu would not work for me and the other place did not appeal to me

Most of it I kinda know by name from watching a lot of cooking shows, and from reading menus. Otherwise I just google it. Disney uses overly fancy words on their menus sometimes. I had know what a harticore vert was, or whatever they're called lol.

Must admit Tchoup Chop sounded nice to me.....but I'm not a fan of magical dining menus in general as I prefer a full menu choice.........but can see the appeal of it.

But yeah, rather go somewhere else I think.........

Well maybe that new Chocolate place will be open by then. IDK. I'll keep my Tchoup Chop reservation for now. I enjoyed the magic menu there last time I went, but I also ordered items off the regular menu. And Mike just had an appetizer (he is not an adventurous eater at all, sometimes I wonder how we're even friends lol).
