For those of you who may be trying to decide whether or not to take your smaller kids to Halloween Horror Nights, my best advice is if they are younger, or you're not totally sure if they will be able to handle it, DON'T take them there. I know there's always exceptions and yes, some kids will know how it's not real and that they can't be harmed, but overall this event is intense, even for adults sometimes.
I saw a lot of young kids on Saturday night who looked very upset about being there. I really don't think it's worth them having nightmares for days after the event.
The website even states this event is not for young children, but I figured Id post here since I know a lot of families want to be sure if it's a good idea.
