My brother and I are in a debate. If you are staying onsite I know you get fast passes for both the parks (hotel key) but do you also get halloween horror fast passes?

No, you would have to buy express passes for HHN... your room key will not work for any houses or rides...

:love:HHN:love:

Have they gone on sale yet? I cant seem to find them anywhere?
No...they aren't on sale yet. Keep checking back but last year they didn't have the prices out until late July.

Correct...Express access for onsite guests is only good during normal park hours. Since HHN is after normal park hours, the event doesn't qualify.

Well...

From what has been mentioned... You do get express INTO the park.

But once in, you don't get crap. This is also pointless if you are smart and take advantage of the Stay and Scream holding area.

It's a hotel early entry that has nothing to do with the actual Express passes...nothing different than early entry into WWoHP.

True... But it's kinda semantics. Plus I think someone mentioned it was open from 6-8pm. With the front gates opening around 6:30 to the public, i'm assuming it's set up with a couple gates that if you are staying onsite, you can avoid some of the massive lines from people lined up waiting to get inside. In that regard, it would sort of be like an express pass to get into the park.

Whatever you say.

heh....

forgive me. Re-reading both my comments, It's kinda obvious that an attempt at a smarta$$ jokey type comment made overnight when I was appearently suffering from a lack of sleep, ended up not only completely missing the mark, but potentially being such that it would just confuse the random reader here.

Feel free to just mod-away this entire exchange so that my comment doesn't end up confusing people into thinking their onsite express would be any good during HHN.

Every year there will always be people who get confused regarding this. And with those with onsite hotel keys getting preferred admission to HHN, this may cause even more confusion.

Regardless, HHN Express is the ONLY Express allowed during HHN, and those frequently sell out. RIP tours are the ONLY VIP method for HHN, and those always sell out. Not even Make-A-Wish or GKTW is valid for HHN. Those have to be converted at Guest Services for the HHN equivalent.

for a few years, the hotel guests (onsite) could use the entrance at the far right into the park at 6:00.

show your hotel key (and hhn ticket) and it validates your entry.

if the park is still closed, you have to go to the nearest stay and scream holding area and wait until being released.

that perk of using a private entrance for hotel guests allows you not to waste time standing in the long line for entry at 6:30.

i think the only benefit of using this hotel guests only line is to save you the expense of using a park ticket to enter the stay and scream holding section before 5:00.
you need a regular park ticket to get into the park even if it is 4:45.
some hotel guests want to go to the s&s area but can't if they don't have a park ticket to use.
the separate entrance allows them to do so without using a day park tickets.

i have seen peeps start to line up at 4:55 at the gate.
it could take a long time to enter the park if you are in the back of that line.

don't know if this practice of 6:00 entry will continue.
haven't heard anything about it yet.

As of today, you can buy tickets to HHN, but I did not see an option for express passes OR VIP tours. Does anyone know if these will be available this year? Should I wait to purchase tickets for my trip in october? I planned on buyin the express pass, because even though I had stay-and-scream access last time i went, I was unable to make it to all houses and the lines are out of control, so I'd rather spend the extra $ to skip the line.

The tours and express aren't on sale yet, but I would keep checking. You know it will be posted here when they do!

the rip tours and express tickets are added later to the site.
same as it was in years past.

i always wait and buy my tixs in august.

you posted vip tours.
you mean the rip for hhn and not the other vip tours for the park in the day?

Can you guys please clarify something since we're on the subject? I thought I read on one of the threads that HHN tickets will be further discounted for AP holders... Sorry I can't find the thread and don't even know if I read it correctly, but this doesn't sound right. I mean the AP gives a discount already, so why would they be further discounted? It would be fantasitc if it were true though!!!

No...the ticket prices are with the AP discount. There are no further discounts to apply.
