The 4 of us will be there Sept 24 and 25. (looking for others to put together a private RIP tour on the 25th. Cost is $196 pp if we get 6 more people.)

If you can switch your date to the 29, DarkOne has openings for a private rip tour he already booked

I know him and he is honest
Or maybe pm him and see if he can change his date to yours?

One reason I do this yearly thread is for other homies to meet up with others

Finally have everything finalized. Myself, wife, daughter, wives best friend, and daughters best friend doing a non private RIP Tour on Wednesday 10/12. Staying two nights at PBR. Arriving in Orlando on Saturday and visiting friends on the east coast for a couple of days. Then off to PBR, followed by one day at Epcot for the F&W Festival, and a couple of free days.

I have one question. I booked The RIP Tour by calling VIP Services. They were able to package the event tickets with the tour utilizing my AP discount. We will be in the park during the day of our tour and was going to utilize a holding area. Will my confirmation e-mail be good enough to stay in the holding area, or will I be able to visit the tour checkin earlier in order to get my tickets. I asked this to the sales person and he wasn't even able to confirm the holding areas. He thought that we may have to exit and use the VIP entrance. Any thoughts?

You have to have the Hhn ticket in order to do the rip tour


You said you did a package which I assume means Hhn ticket and rip tour

Your AP is getting you into the park in the daytime

Your confirming email is proof you bought the rip tour.

Staff should be aware tours require the Hhn purchase

To be in the safe side you can call vip tours direct and ask them if the email will be sufficient for being allowed to stay in the holding areas

I have used the tour entrance before but find staying in the holding areas is best

No metal detectors to go thru if you are already in the park

I was having trouble with The AP site trying to order The HHN Tickets. I mentioned this when I called and he said no problem I can just package The HHN Tickets and The Tour. Nice part is that in the rare event that we had to cancel, he said the whole package was refundable up to 72 hours before. Bad part is that I won't have The HHN Tickets until I check into VIP. We'll be onsite a couple of days before HHN so I'm sure I'll be able to sort it out. Like you said I don't want to be stuck entering with the the crowds thru the metal detectors. We plan on either being in Finnegans or The Simpsons Holding Area so we can relax with a drink and have a bite to eat. Thanks for your insight. Jeff

But you will be onsite some days prior to the tour ?

If you stay at one of the 3 deluxe hotels, you can go to the attraction desk in the hotel lobby and they will print out your Hhn ticket for you

I have done that before

Took my confirmation ticket order number to the hotel attraction/ rpr service desk and they printed out my tickets

We've finalized our details.

We'll arrive late on Thurs 10/13 and stay offsite at the Fairfield
Very early Friday morning, we'll move over to Portofino and stay through Monday morning. We'll try to get there early enough to take advantage of EPA at USF.

We have park to park passes for Friday, Sat, and Sun and the Frequent Fear Plus Pass that will get is in HHN on Friday and Sunday. I think we'll arrive too late on Thursday to try to go to HHN.

We went to HHN 2 years ago and they alternated EPA between IOA and USF. I'm hoping they do that again this year - anyone think that's a possibility, or will they likely stick with just EPA at USF?

ETA: I just scrolled back in the EPA calendar to last October and it looks like they did EPA at both parks at 8AM. This year, it shows no EPA at IOA (9AM) and a 7AM EPA at USF.

I'll keep an eye on this.

Just got everything straightened out! I'll be at HHN with my brother on 10/16. We're doing a non-private RIP tour at 8 pm. I did one last year and got super spoiled, so we're giving it another go
