Just sent a mass text to my extended family to let them know. 9 of us are going Columbus Day weekend. DSIL and her family have never been and they're so excited. 25 weeks from tomorrow we leave!

Recommend the express pass if going for only one night. Columbus Day weekend tends to be really busy, even Sunday night. I learned the hard way.

We're waiting for the RIP tours to be announced and we're going to do one of those. We're only doing HHN on Sunday night, so we want to make sure we'll see all the houses.

We are going for the first time, super excited!! We will be at universal 10/10-10/15 before moving to WDW 10/16-28th. Planning on doing a RIP tour Friday 10/14 but still trying to figure out the best night. Does it matter what night of the week you go as far as crowd levels if you are doing the tour? Anyone else going that time that is setting up a private tour? Also, we have an 8 and 5 year old that will have an in room sitter. Never done that b4, any experiences with it?
