HHI Outlet Fans: Disney outlet is closing!

Hi, I just drove over to the Outlets in Bluffton, SC and the Disney Catalogue Outlet is closing in April.
I have always used this for a Disney Fix when needed! Also, it saves me from buying many things while we are at WDW because I know it is just down the road at home

I am sorry to hear of the outlets closing. Do you have any idea on the date? We will be visiting HH from 4/14-20.

Kinda off topic, sorry to drift.

I was at the local mall near our home today. There was a new store there with all Disney Land merchanise, most half of or more. I was like a kid in the candy store. (too bad it wasn't WDW) The cashier said that the store would close next month and move to a new state, that they were traveling around.

I found this very interesting and good news for the rest of you who also don't live close to a Disney resort. (the Disney store is good, but not the same! ) It is just as well for me. I need to save my money for our next trip, but I think I will go back once before it moves away!!!

Great Lakes Crossing in Alburn Hills. (off I-75) around 40 miles north of Detroit.

It is Near the Jeeps restrant near the food court. They said it will be there until I think March 18 (not sure of date, mid March.) They had lots of things. Many shrits and coats. Most at least 50 % off, some more. The mall is a fun one and does bring people in from all around. It is really busy on a saturday afternoon. Nothing else to do around here!!!!

Thanks for the information about the outlet store - though I'm SO sorry to hear it! As many fun things there are to do when we visit HHI - I still placed the outlet store at the top of the list!

I live in the Tampa area - and we're losing at least one of our Disney stores... Very sad.

But I'm glad to know <i>now</i>, so I wouldn't be as disappointed on our next trip!

Hi everyone. I live on HHI and we visit the Disney Catalog store
as often as we can.

I'm not surprised at its closing. The last time we were there...they had nothing in stock except watches, clothes for
toddlers to size 4, videos and Disney Beanies. I used to be able
to go in there and get all kinds of clothes for my dd..but not any longer.

It's in a great location, but they just didn't have any stock!!

If anyone comes to HHI, go to the Disney Resort and buy things
there.

Oh NO! This was my Disney fix at HH. We'll be there the 13-20 of April. Maybe I'll get in on the final sales.....

I'll have to convince my husband to take a 6 hour drive to experience the real thing this year.....
