HHI for Christmas?

Hi all

I'm looking at the Hilton Head Island Resort for a quick Christmas getaway. I live in an area that is very much a tourist town and it turns into a ghost town in the winter - is this the same case here? Resort still enjoyable during a slower season?

Hilton Head is still a vibrant place in late December. The town decorates and has seasonal programs depending on the actual dates you will be there. Most restaurants are still open during the winter months and many offer discounts. Christmas Day dining options will be somewhat limited but there will be some restaurants open even then.

Resort activities are still available during the winter months.
