HHI biking....

Do you bring your own bikes or rent them. We are going to go next year and if we are bringing our bikes DH wants to put a bike carrier on our van this summer. But if we are renting we won't need to do that.

So I was wondering what most of you do. Bring your own or rent?

I've always rented bikes at HH. You can rent them for length-of-stay for a reasonable rate right at the resort. Or you can rent from one of the bike rental places even cheaper. Much easier than hauling bikes around.

Our DS & family, 5 altogether, bring bikes from Lithia FL.

They're on the way home from a great weekend in the Marriott resort there. The sent beautiful pictures from this morning's ride on the beach. They found many tide pools with sea stars and other treasures.

Rent from private company....do your research....prices vary quite a bit

We have brought them before but this time we are renting. There are loads of companies on the island that rent and the prices are quite reasonable. For the hassle of hitching all our bikes up for a 12 hour ride both ways, we think renting will be nice and easy!
