HHI Barbecue Grills

Where are they? How likely to get one for stay? We are planning on bbqing two nights of our stay of five nights, so would like a heads up on this. Thanks!

There are a couple of grills located around the resort, I believe they are on the map, if you do a search for HH map, you can probably find it. We waited a bit one night for a grill but never saw anyone else use it after that. They sell the small bags of charcoal that you just pop in the bottom of the grill and light, bag and all, at the Mercantile at the resort.

There is a grill on the deck outside of Big Murgies Den in the main lodge, several at the point near the parking area next to building 29/30 and some scattered through the wooded interior areas- some behind building 19 and near building 18 also. As mentioned, all require charcoal - sold at the mercantile or at any of the local groceries.

the grills are scattered throught the resort. There is a nice area overlooking the river and harbor entrance at the very end of the resort road. there is one at the beach house too. The grills are the standard grills you would find at public parks.
