Just back yesterday from a wonderful trip to Hilton Head DVC. Many more activities than last year. There are two naturalists so everyday had many options. They have added teen only activities. Went to the DVC mixer that we so enjoyed two years ago - had a great time. Blu' Crabbe was great - as always. Really enjoyed the Red, White and Blue pool party and fireworks on Tuesday night - saw the fireworks from our deck in building 14.

Did not have a bad meal - great early birds at Kurama and a new place called Hugos in Wexford. Other good food to be found at the Sea Shack, Moe's (kind of fast food and CHEAP mexican) near Sea Pines and Harold's Diner - yummy and fun! Picked up from treats from Signe's bakery that were wonderful.

Already planning our trip for next June. :Pinkbounc

I'm glad to see they have added some additional teen activities. Frankly my son uses those activities as sort of a dating service to meet girls. ;)

But my daughters are getting into their teens and if we go back in the next year or two, it would be nice if they have something to do.

Glad you had a great time!

What kind of Teen activites do they have? I have a 13 year old DD who might be interested. We will be there in July. :cool1:

Monday night they had Teen Pizza and Movie Night - separate activitiy from 2DC for younger kids. Wednesday night they had a teen pool party with pizza at the beach house pool. Thursday (I think) they had teen kayaking with pizza (must think they need to feed those teenagers LOL). There was also teen magic with Blu'. There were a few teen and adult programs ran by the naturalist. Another neat thing was they taught you how to build a solar oven and make s'mores in it it was for ages 6+ and adults.
