Would Disney use it's ROFR for Hilton Head at $60 a point? I'm trying to figure out if I can afford DVC. Thanks in advance for your answers.

You never know. If that is what you think you can afford and can't go ANY higher then I would say go for it. However, I do not think you would stand a very good chance of getting HHI for $60 per point. Sounds like contracts $70 or higher are getting through. After all they are selling SSR @ $89 per point. Good luck with your decision.

Whats the use year? A few months back I heard that June was a good month to try for because there was no waitlist for it. They just bought our contract with an April UY for $64

Vero beach is likely the only one that will get through at $60. There are many VB contracts offered in the $58-$60 range (with current points available). I think you generally need to get to $65 for HHI depending on UY. However, a couple extra $1's on the purchase price pails in comparison the the impact of the extra $0.50 for dues every year. This is one of the reasons that OKW/HHI are so popular.
