Just booked this exchange today for our trip in 2 wks! We're pretty excited. Had to wait until today to make sure DH could get his dates off work. This 3brm showed up yesterday so we snatched it up this morning. I haven't stayed in this area before although I've visited the Premium Outlets before. What restaurants are around? I think I've heard a Publix is across the street and possibly an Outback? In comparison with Orange Lake, Silver Lake, or Celebratio World resort (we've stayed at all those) how does this rate? Any comments? Thanks!!

there are lots around that area.. the 535 has lots of different choices within a five minute drive.

This is a very nice resort- we own at the other HGVC resort in Orlano (by Sea World), but have stayed at this one too. Very convenient to restaurants off 535- Bahama Breeze is great. Enjoy.

We stayed at this place this past spring. They have a shortage of parking and when we got back to the resort late at night we had to park in a farther out lot and the would shuttle you to your unit. They didnt have enough parking near the units themselves.
The unit itself was ok, but the dryer didnt seem to dry the clothes very well - took a couple cycles to completely dry.
There was some mold/discoloration by the shower doors..
Not a bad place to stay but in my opinion surely not worth purchasing a timeshare interest in..

We stayed there last spring and loved it. They are a little short on parking but it worked for us. There was lots of food close and only a couple of miles to disney. We are staying there again this coming January.

I have to say that we have been there many times (at least 5) and never noticed a problem with parking (staying for three weeks each time)... we have always managed to park outside our building.

Sorry you experienced problems with your dryer too... I suspect that was faulty. The ones in our units have always been very good- and we have always found the units to be spotless.

In terms of how nice it is... its WAY nicer than Silver Lake Resort. No comparison in my opinion. We stayed at Silver Lake this last trip and it wasnt a patch on HGVC.

Our room wa sin building six and gorgeous! We were on the 6th floor as well. Beautiful view, so quiet. Parking was tricky after 6pm. We just dropped everyone off at the front door and one person would park. No need for all the tired kids to walk too.

The room was spotless and new. Everythign worked well and we got everything we needed right away with a phone call. I would stay again in a heartbeat. So close to everything too.

We just stayed there this summer and loved it. We requested building 1, close to the pool area. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Also, walmart is not that far away.
