Hey October fast pass people...how are the pickings???

By now some of you guys must be making fast passes in October, running into any trouble? Going smooth?

I still have to wait 26 days to make mine!

Me too! I can do mine on Aug 21st for our October trip!

Going to try for FOP at AK, but we plan to go on our 2nd day so if not I will do rope drop!!!

I plan to be up early too!

Got everything I wanted!! Woot! We are doing a 9 day stay, with 7 park days. I had planned an AK day on day 1 and day 8, so I could ensure FOP. Day 1 got NRJ for the morning, as wanted, and day 8 got FOP for morning as wanted.
FEA had plenty of availability, even early on, and I had no trouble getting PP and 7DMT either. (However, I understand that PP has a great queue, so am debating RD that.

Since we only have hours at AK until 7pm at this point, I'm trying for mornings for FOR and NRJ also. NRJ on day 3 of our trip and FOP on day 7.

I am hoping they extend Saturday night hours in October. Towards the end of the month, MK closes early for the MNSSHP most nights, so Saturdays at MK (no party) is usually packed. That is our AK night and it closes at 7:30 I think. I want FoP the last hour, to see some of Pandora in darkness.

Hi there! I need help. I tried to do my selections for October and I couldn't make three choices at my Epcot day. I can only do one choice before it says, you can't take another attraction of that list. I'm a newbie to that and very confused. Does someone know what that means?

You may be trying to pick two Tier I passes. You can only select Frozen, Test Track, Soarin, OR Illuminations. Your second and third choices must be a Tier 2 attraction.

Thousands of dollars on DVC and tickets and we get leftovers. It's sort of unbelievable that it takes one full vacation to figure this system out.

Oh that's a shame. I've been reading elsewhere that people have been having pretty good luck with their fast passes so far.

You can still change them around, except for maybe the high demand rides (the new Pandora rides). Good luck!

No FOP for the entire 5 days. But, I'll do early entry, and that's okay. Everything else, good. Frozen, Mine Train. I'll keep checking though. People do change.

Did mine yesterday and had no issues getting what I wanted exactly how we planned. It scares me that it was too easy!!

I did mine yesterday morning. I didn't have any problems and was able to get FOP! Yay! But when I logged on, the earliest I could get for FOP was 330 for the day I was looking at so I knew they were going fast! I've been to Disney a dozen times but this is my first experience with doing the Fastpasses online. I was pleasantly surprised.

I forgot to ask, it showed that Splash Mountain wasn't available to book fastpasses for. Anyone know why?
