Okay This is the daughter half of the LizzySwan/pixie dust TR.
THE CAST

Me- a Lime lovin pirate obbsessive 14 year old girl
Mom- AKA pixie dust 112
Dad- My loveable daddy
DSIS12- My preeteen sister, who is way to healthy for her own good!
DSIS10- My baby sister who loves rollercoasters as much as I do.

nsalz- my aunt and fairy godmother
rsalz- not a DISer, but he is my uncle
msalz- my cousin
lsalz- my younger cousin

Ok!

Chapter 1: The First Day

Our flight was at 7:30 out of Albany, and what did that mean, but I had to get up a 4am to make it on time. Now class can anyone tell me who sleeps the night before they go to WDW? You with the green hair! That's right no one! So up comes Daddy Dearest to wake me up, and to his surprise (not) I'm already dressed! I walk down the stairs to see my mom typing on the boards, non-shocking, "Tell them all I say good bye!" "Ok".

Half an hour later we're on the road, discussing plans for the first day. It is decided that we will play it by ear (much to my discontent, I'm a planner). When we finally get to the airport I want to rush through security in order to meet TaraLee4 who just happens to work at the coffee shop. ( Coincedence or fate?) Of course my parent point out that we have to check in. Details! We finally get through security and my dad says "Ok now where does this person work?" We promtly answer "there" and point towards the coffee shop. Dad goes off with DSISs to get breakfast at McDonalds. Mom and I know who Tara is immeadiatly(she's wearing a Disney sweatshirt) we rush to get on line and I hand mom the LGMHPC's I made so she can hand them off. When we give them to her she tells someone that she's leaving for a second. "Oh is it those green people?" she asks I just start laughing. Tara promptly joins us and gives my mom a bag of hazelnut coffee, because apparently WDW coffee stinks, I would not know this because I hate all coffee. We take many pistures with tara, before we have to go eat and go to our gate.

Once we are on the plane I pull out a book and 2 magazines which will be my entertainment until I can safely turn my ipod on to all of the Disney music I just put on. Our flight was mildly turbulent, but nothing to terribile, and we arrive safely in Florida. I go with mom to get the rental car while DSISs go with dad to get the luggage. Once we have everything we attempt to pile it all in the car, and we're on our way. We discuss further plans in trhe car and decide (much to my displeasure) that we'll swim today because the rents need to sleep, and DSIS12 is practically a fish. All I really want to do is go on the revamped POC ride, and go see the movie, everything else can wait until later.

Will I ever get to go on POC? you'll have to find out later, 'cause DSIS10 is being pushy about the computer, which she wants to go on!

Chapter 1: The first day part 2

So we're driving along when all of a sudden I see those big purple WDW gates, My sisters starcounting down to early, so they slow down, thn we're like right under it and they're only on 4, so they speed up. Past the gates, we immediatly start looking for our favorite landmarks, none of which become visible all to soon. I look to our usual POR turnoff, only to be reminded of the sad fact that although I may be in the motherland, I am not fully at home, no, I'm doomed to the BWI. The rest of the trip to the hotel is uneventfull, so there is nothing to report.

We decide to go get lunch on the Boardwalk, so we head over to ESPN. They were having one of those "live" tapings for a fantasy sports broadcast. I never got that whole live taping thing, its either live, or its taped. I had a chicken finger sandwich that I didn't eat because I didn't like the sauce. when we were done with our "interesting" meal we headed back to the room to rest. Now it is my firm belief that the instant you step into WDW you should not, I reapeat should NOT sit around a hotel room when there is a perfectly good park a short drive away. I do not care if it's snowing, you go to the parks!!! Unfortunatly my parents do not seem to share this philosophy, so we sit in the hotel room. My seemingly insane siblings seem to think this is an OK way to spend some time when it's raining. DSIS12 tries to get them to take us swimming, but the 'rents insist we stay inside. Desperate to escape cabin fever, I head downstairs to the gift shop.

Once safely away from the urge to strangle myself I find some of those candies that come in those weird snapping tins with the characters on them (one of my many WDW candy addictions). After grabbing 2 I go to stand on line. There are only 5 other people in the store, one is the woman who is trying to return the perfume she bought in EPCOT, a woman with 2 kids who look to be about 6 and 2, and a little girl who looks about 10. Now the clerk has no idea what she's doing, so I go to wait patiently behind the 10 year old. The woman with the 2 little girlswas looking at something near the line, and she is apparently not in a good mood as she says, "Hey there's a line." Whoa chill out lady, so I apologize and go to stand behind her. After about 10 minutes, the clerk still can't figure out what to do about perfume lady, so she calls for assistance. In a normal situation, I would have just gone back to the room rather then waiting to buy $3 worth of candy, but the woman and her children were providing such good entertainment. The 2 year old was swinging her toy around, and she took the little 10 year old by surprise causing her to fall down, and the mother just starts screaming at the child. I'm like whoa lady the kid is 2. Eventually, I get out of there and back to the room.

Now my mom had promised if we had a rainy day we could go see the new pirates movie. Well, as that was the first day, I didn't want to push my luck as my parents still seemed like they were tired. When I got into my room my mom said, "It's pouring, let's go to the MK, they have Extra Magic Hours tonight." Now to most people those words in that context would sound weird, but I knew she was getting at the fact that the parks would be empty. So we piled into the car and drove to MK. The instant we were in I said "Pirates! NOW!" but on our way over to the pirates DSIS10 decides she wants to go on the aladin ride. Is she nuts!?! Hello! Pirates! But the rents say I can wait, and she goes on her ride. When she gets off I'm like Ok, now we can go on pirates. but Noooooooooo, someone wants to do thye jungle cruise. I say, "Come on it's not like you couldn't just say the script right now." but DSIS must go on, so on we go. "Hello and welcome to the world famous Jungle Cruise, now wave good bye to the people on the docks, 'cause ur never gonna see them again." blah blah blah!!! I don't care!!! I want Pirates!!! When we finaly get off Jc I declare that no one is allowed to get between me and pirates.

We get on the line, and even the que area is different!! I can tell I'm all ready in love!!! I will not wreck the ride for those of you who haven't been on it yet, but I will say WOW!!! Cpt. Jack looks just like Johnny Depp, and they didn't change the ride all that much when they were putting him in. The ride ended far to soon.

After pirates, we went on SM, BTM, and a bunch of other favorites, before retiring to the hotel for the night.

And that's day one, I'm sure there's about 50,000,000,000 things I forgot to put in, such as how I knew we were in WDW the instant I smelled the WDW scent in the air, but that was over a week ago, coming up Chapter 2: hte quest to escape the pool!

I think this is great.. a TR coming from a 14 yo. It's cool to see the differences in perspectives (as opposed to adults). God I miss being 14! LOL.

Anyways.. about the lady with the kids.. I wouldn't have been as nice as you... I probably would have said what you thought... maybe worse. And then when she screamed at her kid.. man oh man.. I do not usually keep my mouth shut when people scream at their kids in public.

Anyways.. waiting for the next chapter.
