Well ,this is what is happening these days, I was attempting to read a passage on the overhead and I could only see the Tittle because it was so big, the rest of the words I had to ask my freind what the words were,and on Saturday I had to keep using the binoculars so I could read the information on the score board . I talked to my mom again and she put me on pc restriction for 5 days, because she told me I was only preyending to not be able to see !!!!!! So that's how things are doing these days with my eye sight problem !!

Exactly, Norah.. it seems odd to me also because I remember Keypooh's mom posting about how her daughter was so nervous about her first day of middle school and asked for our advice and encouragement. I thought "oh, what a sweet mother!" I'm very concerned that she would think that her daughter would lie about not being able to see. Perhaps it's a misunderstanding somehow, but I can't see why anyone would want to lie about being nearsighted, and why she can't bring her daughter to the optometrist just to have it checked out.

I don't know, perhaps it's just my career plans in the child psychology/social work area that make this get to me so much, but I'm just concerned.

keep talking to her...how about if you just get your dad or grandma or someone to take you to the eye doctor and not your mom?
if i was there i would come get you and take you..but i can't
