Holly, we've done that with DS when he was little since his birthday is 3 days before Mickey's. We used to spend a week at WDW for DS's birthday and on the 18th, DS would make Mickey a birthday card or picture and we'd go give it to Mickey and DS would tell him that he was celebrating with him since he had just had his birthday.

Mickey always gave DS a birthday card too because when I made our resort reservations I'd tell them it was DS's birthday and ask for a card from Mickey. I've got a big stack of them.

Any excuse to get there! If I had my way, I'd be leaving tomorrow morning for a week (including Thanksgiving!) with the mouse. Oh well, next year I'll be with him on Halloween

thank you all so very very much. it was a beautiful day with my dh. then we took bubba to have christmas pics taken and they were so bit**y there, but the pics came out beautiful!!!!

i made it through the day. i did not think i would, but i did.
jennifer told me today that my mother would be with me today. and when we got to the restaurant for lunch i got out of the car and her car was parked right behind me. well not her car, but the same exact type and color. it was like it was hers. because she would have been there! i missed her so much today, but i made it! thanks to all of you!

i can never thank you all enough.

and yes Lisa my boys bought me white on white! and it was so yummy! with purple flowers to boot! they love me.
