I'm still feeling very sad about the events of this past week. It's all so confusing and scary to me and my heart is feeling broken. Mostly I just feel sad.

How is everyone feeling today?

Bless your heart 15. What a nice thing to do, offer me something to make me smile :)

watching the WD movie too!! but now it turned sad!! :( so now Im not in as good of a mood.

but I'm not angry...kinda depressed...very stressed and very fearful and scared of whats to come.

My mom asked me if I still wanna go to nyu and live in NYC and my answer is yes...terrorists maybe able to mess up the skyline but its still my favorite city!! :)

I'm watching that Walt Movies on ABC too~ I guess that's how everyone is getting cheered up! :)

I'm doing OK... just kinda scary how everyone on TV is like "this is war" "it's take many years to finish this" but I know, in the end, it'll turn out all right!

LOL Jules I guess I''l see you at NYU, I wanna go there! I was watching thr walt movie but now im waiting for bug juice to start lol:p

I'm doing ok. I just came back from a Candlelight Prayer Vigil at our City Hall and that was pretty sad. But it was great to know how many people from our town went there.

We mounted a flag outside our house yesterday evening and it helped me feel a little better. We have American Flag decals on our cars now, too.

Im from the town of John Ogonowski so everyone is in a somber mood here, but its uplifting to see all the American flags all over the place and we're coming together

I'm doing okay. Things are pretty much back to normal here, but it's weird because I sort of feel guilty living my life as if nothing happened. I guess since the tradegy didn't affect me personally, it's hard to understand all that happened. I guess I just feel guilty because I'm living like normal, but there are still people suffering.:(

At our high school football game on Friday night, we had had a moment of silence that was held at every game in Ohio at 7:28. I'm in marching band, and we broke the moment of silence by playing America the Beautiful. it was so cool, because while we were playing you could look up at the crowd and they were still completely silent. I think after we were done we got the most applause we've ever gotten at a football game.:)

I am glad everyone is okay! I cant believe all this that is happening! I hope everything gets back to normal as soon as possible!!
That sounds geat Nsync! I am also in the marching band...we usually play Sweet,Sweet Spirt during the moment of silence but instead we were going to just stand so that it would be more affective. Then play the Star-spangled banner. I think it would have been neat, but the cancelled our game at 12pm friday! My sisters college played America the Beautiful too (I think) Everyone said it sounded great!

I'm feeling better than I did last week. I was worried about flying down to WDW in 36 days, but I'm much better now! :) Things are slowly getting back to normal here too. Today at school we took donations for the Red Cross, and as a thank you, we all got a red, white and blue ribbon pin, and a red white and blue heart that said "Proud to be an American" to hang on our lockers. The heart is on my locker and the ribbon is on my backpack. Even though I donated only $5, I still wanna help, but I don't think there's any other way cuz I'm too young to give blood and I doubt I'd be going to NYC, so every little bit helps!

:smooth:

Becca-we did that too!!

we had a moment of silence b4 the game then played the national anthem...after we marched half of our show we played America the Beautiful...to make it sadder the team we played...one of their graduates died in one of the plane crashes :( :(

but we did win

Hi everyone, I just popped into this thread to see how you all are doing.

I am very impressed by how you are able to communicate how you feel. I'm having a little trouble with that lately.....very unusual for me. But, I'm sure that soon enough, I will find the words.

You guys are great...Take Care
