Hey, everyone - non-camping lurker here...

I was following another thread, and I followed a link, to another, and ended up on a thread somewhere here that had me in tears. It was about FW, then and now, with some great pics and awesome stories.

When I was a kid we'd stay at FW for a week or two every year. That was back when "WDW" was FW, the Poly, the Contemporary, the MK, and the shopping center. We'd swim (IN THE LAKE!), bike, ride the busses and trams, rent a boat (which we'd saved our money all year to do), and camp. It was some of the very best times of my life.

So thanks for bringing back some of those wonderful memories. I'll probably lurk around here more often, because FW will always hold a special place in my heart.

I am not annoying, I just have a vast wealth of knowledge that I feel compelled to share with the world. For some strange reason, having one particular career has given me the ultimate information on every other subject. Can I help it if I have been so blessed? I'm sure that everyone else is just waiting to hear from me so they will know what to do.

Oh No! I just thought of something, if I think it's funny does that mean that I am tacky and cheap too? I wonder which comes first, being cheap and then tacky or being tacky and then cheap? Oh well, I'll worry about that later, I'm on my way out the door now to go to SuperWalmart because I'm all out of blue eyeshadow.

Indeed it is and indeed he is! I knew if I provided a link she'd look! You can't help but look! BTW, the Master Repair thread is funny too! Especially to those of us standing on the sidelines! Jen for Prez in 2012! You can count on my vote!

If thinking the c/l thread is funny makes us tacky and cheap then I guess we're ALL tacky and cheap! I like the thread AND clotheslines! Cheap! Cheap!

Don't forget the hot pink lipstick to go with that eye shadow. I get mine at the Family Dollar! That way I can afford to send in that $50 to the Master Repair guy! Don't forget to tease your hair up high and spray w/Ultra Hold Aquanet to achieve the ultimate tacky effect!
