doesn't this weather feel awesome??? I love cold weather and this is the first little taste we have gotten that you can actually wear turtle necks and sweaters. Ooo I can't wait to go out tonight and get dressed up.

Hrrrrumph!!! It has been cold up here in Indy for awhile now. Last night was the worst for me though. We went to this Halloween thing that had an outdoor concert. OMG it was freezing. The temperature dipped into the 30s, and the wind was harsh. 5 hours in the cold was enough for me. We even put the heat on when we got home. Had to get up early this morning to turn it off though b/c we got too hot. Ahhh....I miss FL.

I know some people don't think of Virginia as being a 'southern state' (don't tell people that live here that!) but I'm not enjoying it one bit! I hate the cold weather, once I get cold, I have a hard time warming back up!

Yep, I love it! My favorite time of the year is when you are just having to break out the light jackets and it's a little overcast!

I just love this time of year. After I got the kids off to school this morning, I put on my sweats and went for a little spin on DH's new 4-wheeler. The cold air in my face was absolute heaven.
Then I had to come back inside, clean and take care of my DD/5 who is home sick today. I guess being out in the cold last night made her sick. She is coughing and congested!
But, I do love this time of year----when everyone is well of course!!!!!!

I've been loving it - but I might change my mind at the football game tonight! I think it's going to be pretty cold (for us!! ) But DD is wearing her new drum major uniform - so I've GOT to be there!!

Love the colder weather, just love this time of year! Its nice to wear some different clothes for a change. Its like I have been shopping. My daughter thought I had bought some new clothes.

A night football game! I want to go! And I want to bundle up in jeans, a shirt, and a heavy sweater. I'm jealous!!

Its suppose to be cooler tomorow here....80 is the high! Which it is cooler for us it has been high of 90!! Im looking forward to cooler weather but I dont want it much cooler then 70!!

Beauty, don't you know that if you're north of I-10, you're a yankee? It's still warm here in the REAL south. Actually, it is perfect. You can wear long sleeves and pants without being uncomfortably hot or cold. Made me think "football weather" the other day, and I don't even like football!

Beauty- Before moving to Indy I had lived in FL all my life. I never once thought of myself as a Southerner. I guess in my mind's eye I was always a Yankee.
